MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />AUGUST 13, 2003 <br />NO PARKING <br />ON PARK <br />STREET <br />LaValle requested that the proposal to install no parking on Park Street <br />be tabled until the next Council meeting so that he can discuss the matter <br />with the property owner who originally raised the issue. Council agreed, <br />and suggested that the Public Works Director notify the property owners <br />in this area that this matter is under consideration. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003 -8 -185 — TABLING ACTION ON THE <br />PROPOSAL TO POST A PORTION OF PARK STREET AS NO <br />PARKING UNTIL THE AUGUST 27, 2003 COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, LaValle, Montour, Blesener, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />WORKSHOP Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />ON TRAIL <br />PRIORITIES RESOLUTION NO. 2003 -8 -186 — CALLING A JOINT WORKSHOP <br />WITH THE PARKS & RECREATION COMMISSION TO DISCUSS <br />TRAIL PRIORITIES FOR WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 27, 2003 AT 6:30 <br />P.M. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Anderson. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Anderson, Montour, LaValle, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />DISTRICT The City Administrator recommended approval of a $400,000 internal <br />COUNCIL 82 — loan related the tax increment financing assistance for the soil <br />INTERFUND corrections needed as part of the District Council 82 project. <br />LOAN <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003 -8- 187 — APPROVING THE TERMS OF <br />$400,000 INTERNAL LOAN IN CONNECTION WITH TAX <br />INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 2 -2 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Anderson. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Anderson, Montour, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0).
