5. Ramsey County and the City of Little Canada request that Mn/DOT provide stubs for
future drainage as shown on the June 11, 2003 drainage map. (We also assume a
drainage connection point will exist at LaBore and County Road D as part of the
bridge reconstruction project that will occur in this area.) These will serve the future
drainage areas. The County and City also request that Mn/DOT review the Edgerton
Bridge plan and confirm that the new stoiui sewer pipe is sized to adequately handle
future drainage on Edgerton Street to the south.
6. Storm sewer elements of each plan should be kept separate from the other roadway
design elements. The stonn sewer costs can then be split among each agency (State,
County, City) based on contributing water. We would prefer to see these elements in a
separate column in the plan. The County will use County State Aid Highway funds
for all storm sewer costs associated with runoff from County State Aid Highways.
Thank you for your continued cooperation on the development of this plan. If you have
any additional questions or wish to discuss this response in more detail feel free to give
ma a call at 482 -5209.
Sincerely,
Daniel E.
