storage building on the north side of the Knox retail building are to be removed and <br />properly disposed of by no later than October 31, 2003. <br />• Re -use of the former Knox building will be subject to review and an amended PUD. <br />• Establishment of approved parking improvements around existing Knox building to be <br />done by 10/31/03. <br />• Future construction of 17,920 square feet storage building is allowed as indicated on the <br />approved site plan, subject to compliance with all building code provisions. Upon <br />completion of this building, developer is to finish all other paving and curbing of drive <br />and parking areas as required by the City's approval of the PUD. <br />• Future construction of 2,400 square foot office addition is allowed as indicated on the <br />approved site plan, subject to compliance with all building code provisions. <br />I am hopeful we will have the agreement in final form for Wednesday's meeting including the approval of <br />the Developer.
