The proposed subdivision overlays approximately 3.5 acres of land located <br />west of Twin Lake between Owasso Boulevard North and Lindquist Road. <br />In consideration of the application, the City Council voiced concerns over the plat's <br />inclusion of a reserve strip (Outlot A) and an inability to provide access to a neighboring <br />property to the west. As a result of such concerns, the Council has sent the matter back <br />to the Planning Commission for further review and consideration. <br />In response to the concerns of the City Council, the applicant has submitted a revised <br />preliminary /final plat drawing. The revised preliminary /final plat differs from the prior <br />submission in that the proposed Hamel Court cul -de -sac has been shifted eastward and <br />the Outlot A reserve strip has been eliminated. <br />Attached for reference: <br />Exhibit A - Site Location <br />Exhibit B - Previous Preliminary /Final Plat <br />Exhibit C - Revised Preliminary /Final Plat <br />
