MINUTES CITY COUNCIL JUNE 24, 2003 Blesener noted that parking on the west side of the District Council 82 building appears to back into the main thoroughfare. Blesener suggested that the parking stalls be brought closer to the building. Dunbar suggested that the green space adjacent to the building be shortened up to move the parking closer to the building and further from the thoroughfare. Dunbar indicated that he would work with staff to resolve this issue. There was no one from the general public present wishing to comment on the Drywall Supply Addition revised final plat and revised PUD. Upon motion by Montour, seconded by Blesener, the public hearing on the Drywall Supply Addition was closed. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION Na 2003 -6 -133 — APPROVING THE REVISED FINAL PLAT FOR THE DRYWALL SUPPLY ADDITION SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER AND THE CITY ENGINEER, AND SUBJECT TO MR. CARL JOHNSON ENTERING INTO A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY ENCOMPASSING THE ENTIRE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. Ayes (4) Fahey, Blesener, Montour, Anderson. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2003 -6 -734 — TABLING ACTION ON THE FINAL STAGE PUD FOR DRYWALL SUPPLY ADDITION PENDING THE RECEIPT OF ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FROM MR. CARL JOHNSON AND CONTINGENT UPON RECEIPT OF A 60 -DAY WAIVER FORM AND DECLARING THE FINAL STAGE PUD DENIED IF THE 60 -DAY WAIVER IS NOT RECEIVED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. Ayes (4) Montour, Blesener, Anderson, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. There was no one present wishing to comment on the District Council 82 proposal. 10
