11. Single service lines to individual buildings may be provided with construction of a <br />Amini main in the building with the water meters for each unit run from it. The <br />meters must have a ball valve upstream and down stream of the meter. <br />Updated Final Stage Plan Conditions <br />The applicant shall address how non -City utility lines will be maintained prior to <br />Final Stage Plan approval. <br />2. Condition on this plat that permits the developer to add the property to the south <br />(Winter property) as a future phase with notice to first phase residents that a <br />future phase is possible must be submitted prior to Final Stage Plan approval. <br />3. The homeowners association is to own and maintains all private driveways (not a <br />current or future public responsibility) and the applicant is to develop an <br />information piece that communicates this to buyers, which must be submitted <br />prior to Final Stage Plan approval. <br />4. The documents establishing the homeowners association and the association <br />budget including provision for both street maintenance and future reconstruction <br />must be submitted to the Final Stage Plan approval. <br />5. Association documents should address any potential building expansion of <br />involving decks, porches or patios or other similar appendages prior to approval <br />of the Final Stage Plan. <br />pc.
