Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Anderson, Montour, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2003 -5 -113 — CALLING FORA PUBLIC WEARING FOR TUESDAY, .TUNE 24, 2003 TO CONSIDER AMENDMING THE 13-3 ZONING DISTRICT TO PROVIDE FOR MASSAGE THERAPY AS A PRINCIPAL BUSINESS BY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. Ayes (5) Fahey, Montour, LaValle, Anderson, Blesener. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. The City Administrator- suggested that consideration be given to changing adult use businesses from permitted uses to conditional uses within the B -3 Zoning District to provide for greater control by the City. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2003 -5 -114 — INSTRUCTING CITY STAFF TO RE VIEW THE ISSUE OF ADULT USE BUSINESSES AS CONDITIONAL USES WITHIN THE 2 -3 ZONING DISTRICT The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle.
