Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003 -5 -113 — CALLING FORA PUBLIC <br />WEARING FOR TUESDAY, .TUNE 24, 2003 TO CONSIDER <br />AMENDMING THE 13-3 ZONING DISTRICT TO PROVIDE FOR <br />MASSAGE THERAPY AS A PRINCIPAL BUSINESS BY <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Montour, LaValle, Anderson, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The City Administrator- suggested that consideration be given to changing <br />adult use businesses from permitted uses to conditional uses within the <br />B -3 Zoning District to provide for greater control by the City. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003 -5 -114 — INSTRUCTING CITY STAFF TO <br />RE VIEW THE ISSUE OF ADULT USE BUSINESSES AS <br />CONDITIONAL USES WITHIN THE 2 -3 ZONING DISTRICT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, LaValle, Anderson, Blesener, Montour. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing to consider the Preliminary and <br />Final Plat, Development Stage PUD, Architectural Review, and Property <br />Division for The Village at Little Canada, a townhorne development <br />proposed by Sherman Associates. The Planning Commission <br />recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat, Development Stage PUD, <br />Architectural Review, and Property Division subject to compliance with <br />
