MINUTES PLANNING COMMISSION JUNE 12, 2003 Barraclough recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat for The Village at Little Canada subject to compliance with the recommendations of the City Planner and City Engineer as discussed this evening. Motion seconded by Weihe. Motion carried 7 — 0. Barraclough recommended tabling action on the Final Stage PUD and the Final Plat for The Village at Little Canada until the July 10, 2003 Commission meeting. Motion seconded by Weihe. Motion carried 7 — 0. REVISED Carl Johnson, Drywall Supply, submitted to the Commission a revised FINAL PLAT Final Plat for the Drywall Supply Addition. lie noted that the plat is & PUP — being modified slightly to accommodate the proposal of the International DRYWALL Union of Painters & Allied Trades District Council 82 on a portion of this SUPPLY property. The City Planner indicated that the parcel that District Council 82 is proposing to develop is being enlarged to accommodate their building. The plat is also revised to change the circulation patterns within the site. The Planner noted that the plat eliminates the access point that was previously proposed along the eastern boundary adjacent to the Levitz site. Only a central access point remains. The Planner felt that the revisions as proposed were appropriate. Barraclough recommended approval of the Revised Final Plat and Revised PUD for the Drywall Supply Addition subject to compliance with the recommendations of the City Planner and the City Engineer. Motion seconded by Wojcik. Motion carried 7 — 0. - 12 -
