MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />JUNE 12, 2003 <br />Barraclough recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat for The <br />Village at Little Canada subject to compliance with the recommendations <br />of the City Planner and City Engineer as discussed this evening. <br />Motion seconded by Weihe. <br />Motion carried 7 — 0. <br />Barraclough recommended tabling action on the Final Stage PUD and the <br />Final Plat for The Village at Little Canada until the July 10, 2003 <br />Commission meeting. <br />Motion seconded by Weihe. <br />Motion carried 7 — 0. <br />REVISED Carl Johnson, Drywall Supply, submitted to the Commission a revised <br />FINAL PLAT Final Plat for the Drywall Supply Addition. lie noted that the plat is <br />& PUP — being modified slightly to accommodate the proposal of the International <br />DRYWALL Union of Painters & Allied Trades District Council 82 on a portion of this <br />SUPPLY property. <br />The City Planner indicated that the parcel that District Council 82 is <br />proposing to develop is being enlarged to accommodate their building. <br />The plat is also revised to change the circulation patterns within the site. <br />The Planner noted that the plat eliminates the access point that was <br />previously proposed along the eastern boundary adjacent to the Levitz site. <br />Only a central access point remains. <br />The Planner felt that the revisions as proposed were appropriate. <br />Barraclough recommended approval of the Revised Final Plat and Revised <br />PUD for the Drywall Supply Addition subject to compliance with the <br />recommendations of the City Planner and the City Engineer. <br />Motion seconded by Wojcik. <br />Motion carried 7 — 0. <br />- 12 - <br />
