A watermain and sanitary sewer stub should be provided for Outlot A. <br />5. Top of curb elevations should be shown at all radius points and around the cul -de -sac to <br />verify adequate drainage, <br />6. All existing wells and septic systems within the plat must be abandoned by a licensed <br />contractor prior to the construction of any homes. <br />7, A typical section for the street should be shown on the plan. <br />8. The City is currently investigating the possibility of providing the entire Twin Lake area <br />with storm sewer, therefore it may be possible to eliminate the on -site storm water pond. <br />If the development is required to have its own pond, we questions the current location <br />shown due to the proximity to the proposed homes and limited access to the lake that <br />would result on lot 6. We will provide more information on the City's progress when it is <br />available. <br />9. If a storm water pond is necessary an Emergency Overflow (EOF) swale should be <br />shown for the pond. <br />10.
