CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />NOTICE OF HEARING ON VACATION OF UTILITY AND DRAINAGE <br />EASEMENT <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing will be held before the City Council of <br />Little Canada at the City Center on the 1 lth day of June, 2003, at 7:30 p.m. to hear all <br />persons present upon the proposed vacation of utility and drainage easement described <br />below: <br />That part dedicated as Utility and Drainage easement in Lot 3, Block 1, Leibel's <br />Twin Lake Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota, which lies adjacent and <br />perpendicular to the following described line: <br />Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 3; thence North 89 <br />degrees 28 minutes 30 seconds East (assumed bearing), along the south <br />line of said Lot 3 a distance of 6.00 feet to the point of beginning of the <br />line to be described; thence continuing North 89 degrees 28 minutes 30 <br />seconds East along said south line a distance of 170.71 feet to an angle <br />point along the southerly line of said Lot 3; thence North 00 degree 31 <br />minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 20.0 feet to an angle point on said <br />southerly line; thence North 89 degrees 28 minutes 30 seconds East, <br />continuing along said southerly line a distance of 53.50 feet to the <br />southeast corner of said Lot 3 and said line there terminating. <br />EXCEPT the East 6.00 feet thereof. <br />Dated this 16`x' day of May, 2003. <br />Joel <br />Hanson, City Administrator <br />Published in the Roseville /Little Canada Review on May 20 and 27, 2003. <br />- 2 2 - <br />
