CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RESOLUTION VACATING UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT <br />WHEREAS, <br />The City Council of Little Canada has determined to vacate the following utility and <br />drainage easement: <br />That part dedicated as Utility and Drainage easement in Lot 3, Block I, Leibel's <br />Twin Lalce Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota, which lies adjacent and <br />perpendicular to the following described line: <br />Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 3; thence North 89 <br />degrees 28 minutes 30 seconds East (assumed bearing), along the south <br />line of said Lot 3 a distance of 6.00 feet to the point of beginning of the <br />line to be described; thence continuing North 89 degrees 28 minutes 30 <br />seconds East along said south line a distance of [70.71 feet to an angle <br />point along the southerly line of said Lot 3; thence North 00 degree 31 <br />minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 20.0 feet to an angle point on said <br />southerly line; thence North 89 degrees 28 minutes 30 seconds East, <br />continuing along said southerly line a distance of 53.50 feet to the <br />southeast corner of said Lot 3 and said line there terminating. <br />EXCEPT the East 6.00 feet thereof. <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />A public hearing was held on June 1 I, 2003 before the City Council in the City Center <br />after due published and posted notice had been given by the City Administrator, a <br />- 2 5 - <br />
