The
puppet show would take 20 minutes, the K -9 demonstration would take 30 minutes, and the Fire
Department would like an hour for their activities. Steinert stated that the K -9 demo could be
held from 6:30 -7:00 and the Fire Department has asked for the 7:00 -8:00 time slot. He felt that
trying to fit three activities into 1 '/ hours would be difficult and he asked for feedback
regarding cancellation of the puppet show. The Commission Members present felt that the
change was warranted.
Sanders stated that the property in question is between LaBore Road and the powerlines. He
indicated that the parcel is a narrow strip of land and he felt that there would be no need for
parkland in that area.
Ed & Becky Inman of 785 LaBore Road were present. They stated that their proposal would
extend Allen Avenue from Greenbrier Street into their property to enable them to build two
houses for their daughters.
