City of Little Canada, Minnesota <br />Ordinance <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 912 OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY CODE, <br />KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY PROVIDING FOR MASSAGE THERAPY <br />AS A CONDITIONAL USE IN THE B -3, GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 912.040 is hereby amended by adding the following: <br />912.040.H. Massage Therapy as a principal or accessory use, <br />provided that: <br />1. The business receives an appropriate license from the <br />City of Little Canada, and complies with all the <br />requirements of that license. <br />2. All therapists are licensed in accordance with the <br />requirements of the Municipal Code. <br />3. The City reserves the right to review the Conditional <br />Use Permit at any time, and may add conditions deemed <br />appropriate by the City Council to ensure compliance <br />with the Comprehensive Plan, City Codes and applicable <br />regulations. <br />Section 2. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />ATTEST: <br />Joel Hanson, Administrator <br />AYES: <br />NAYS: <br />Michael I.
