The property in question is zoned Planned Unit Development (PUD). <br />APPLICANT & PROPERTY OWNER: <br />Sherman Associates <br />233 Park Avenue South <br />Minneapolis, MN 55415 <br />PROPERTY LOCATION: <br />Property abuts the south side of Little Canada Road, <br />is approximately 310 feet wide by 888 feet deep, <br />and is approximately 250 feet east of Rice Street. <br />Little Canada, MN 55113 <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: <br />The Little Canada Planning Commission will be reviewing this matter at their Thursday, May 8, 2003 <br />meeting. The meeting begins at 7:30 p.m. and will be held in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Notice is hereby given a Public Hearing will be held by the City Council to review this request on <br />Wednesday, May 28, 2003 at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as parties may be heard, in the Council <br />Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />All persons with reference to this matter will be heard during the Planning Commission meeting on <br />Thursday, May 8, 2003 and the City Council meeting on Wednesday, May 28, 2003. <br />Sign language interpreters for hearing - impaired persons are available for public hearings upon request. <br />The request for this service must be made at least 96 hours in advance.
