The new building will <br />house our District Offices, Meeting Hall, and Apprentice Program. The proceeds for the TIF will <br />be used to stabilize the soil and provide the structural components necessary to stabilize the <br />building on the site. <br />We look forward to working with the City of Little Canada and it's consultants to create the TIF <br />District. Enclosed please find a check for $5,000. We do understand the terms that if this project <br />does not go forward these funds are non - refundable.
