As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is T.A. Schifsky & Sons, Inc_ The total <br />amount eamed by the Contractor on this final pay estimate is $244,101.28. Subtracting <br />previous payments of $227,358.16, the amount to be paid to the contractor is $16,743.12. <br />We have inspected the work performed by T.A. Schifsky & Sons, Inc., and have found it to be in <br />compliance with the plans and specifications. Therefore, we recommend that the project be <br />finalized.
