Hanson <br />I have reviewed the 2001 Street Reconstruction and Utility Improvements Pay Estimate No. 4 <br />(Final) for T.A. Schifsky and Sons, Inc. The City Engineer has inspected the work performed by <br />T.A. Schifsky and Sons, Inc. and finds it to be in compliance with the plans, specifications, and <br />contract documents. <br />The original contract amount $246,566.53 and the final contact amount is $244,101.28. If you <br />subtract previous payments of $227,358.16 the amount due the contractor is $16,743.12.
