14. AUTOMOBILE. Rueckert shall use her own vehicles for business use. Rueckert shall be <br />paid mileage at the rate established by City to use her personal automobile for City business. <br />This rate may be adjusted by City from time to time in conjunction with changes to Internal <br />Revenue Service regulations. <br />15. "AT WILL" EMPLOYMENT. Rueckert understands and agrees that her employment with <br />the City of Little Canada is at will" and may be terminated without cause, without the need to <br />indicate a specific reason, and with or without notice at any time at the option of either herself <br />or the City of Little Canada. <br />As an at will" employee, Rueckert understands and agrees that neither this document, <br />any policy of the City, nor any representation made by City to her shall be construed to <br />constitute a contract of employment or a modification of her "at will" employment. Rueckert <br />understands and agrees that her position as an exempt employee is specifically excluded from <br />the Personnel Policy of City and that the provisions contained in said Personnel Policy have <br />no application to her employment, except as stated herein. All rights governing her <br />employment relationship with City are set forth in this Agreement. <br />16. OTHER PROVISIONS TO APPLY. Rueckert shall be subject to Section 15 of City's <br />Personnel Policy entitled "Computer Use Policy" and Section 16 "Other Information" during <br />her tenure with City. Rueckert acknowledges receipt of this section as well as any other <br />sections of the Personnel Policy previously referenced in this Agreement. <br />17. SEVERABILITY. If any provision, or any portion thereof, contained in this Agreement is <br />held to be unconstitutional, invalid, or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement, or <br />6 <br />
