4. The applicant identify the specific seeding plan and maintenance plan for the rain <br />garden seeding to the south and east of the building. <br />5. The City and applicant agree to a resolution of the non-conforming metal building <br />at the north boundary of the site. <br />6. The City approves the "proof of parking" arrangement, with the condition that <br />additional parking would be improved if it is shown to be needed. <br />7. The city approves the use of a temporary office trailer during the time of <br />construction of the addition, to be removed within 90 days of occupancy of the <br />addition. <br />8.
