MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MARCH 26, 2003 <br />favor of doing this given the uncertainty about the length of the war, and <br />the potential for other requests of a similar nature. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003 -3 -71— INSTRUCTING CITY STAFF TO <br />FLY THE AMERICAN FLAG AS PRACTICAL ON LITTLE CANADA <br />ROAD AND CENTERVILLE ROAD FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS, <br />WITH COUNCIL TO REVIEW THE MATTER AGAIN AT THAT <br />TIME, AS A SHOW OF SUPPORT FOR OUR TROOPS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, Montour, Anderson, LaValle. <br />Nays (1) Fahey. Resolution declared adopted. <br />ADJOURN Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003 -3 -72 — ADJOURNING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaVaile. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, LaValle, Montour, Anderson, Blesener. <br />Nays (0).
