The project includes combining Outlot A of the Schroeder's Rice <br />Street Addition with Tract (A) R.L.S. No. 300 into Lot 1 Block 1 of Schroeder's Rice <br />Street 2nd, for the purpose of constructing a 15,500 square foot supermarket with <br />parking lot. The property is Zoned B -3, General Business District, of which a <br />supermarket is a permitted use, subject to an architectural review. <br />ANALYSIS <br />Preliminary Plat. As previously stated, the Plat will join two outlots, creating a 2.43 <br />acre parcel.
