The wording of the agreement is identical to <br />the one the City approved with another individual last year. <br />This arrangement will save the City several hundred dollars annually since it eliminates the need to <br />have a City employee open and secure the Pioneer Park facility each day. Mr. Anderson has agreed <br />to perform these duties as part of his agreement with the City. <br />I would recommend approval of the proposed agreement for the operation of the Pioneer Park <br />concession stand. <br />
