AGREEMENT <br />PIONEER PARK CONCESSIONS <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the City of Little <br />Canada (hereinafter "City ") and Richard and Nancy Anderson (hereinafter "Lessee "). <br />1. Purpose. This Agreement shall set forth the respective rights and obligations <br />of the City and Lessee with regard to the operation of the concession stand at <br />Pioneer Park. <br />2. Term. The tell u of this Agreement is for a period between April 1, 2003 and <br />October 31, 2003, unless as otherwise terminated by the parties pursuant to its <br />termination provisions. <br />3. Termination. Either party may terminate this Agreement by giving written <br />notice of intent to terminate to the other party at least thirty (30) days prior to <br />the effective date of said termination. Upon termination, Lessee may remove <br />any of Lessee's improvements to the concession stand provided the <br />concession stand is restored to its condition prior to the installation of the <br />improvements. Any of Lessee's improvements which cannot be removed <br />without damage or alteration to the concession stand shall become the <br />property of the City. <br />4. Services Provided. The Lessee shall operate the concession stand at Pioneer <br />Park as it currently exists. The operation s hall i nclude p roviding food and <br />drink over the counter and through food and drink vending machines.
