Hanson <br />In accordance with the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) /State <br />Disposal System (SDS) Storm Water Phase II Permit Program administered by the Minnesota <br />Pollution Control Agency (MPCA), the City of Little Canada is hereby submitting the enclosed <br />Notice of Intent (NOI) for coverage under General Permit No. MN R040000 (noticed as MN R <br />580000) and summary of our Storms Water Pollution Prevention Program (SWPPP). <br />The enclosed NOI and SWPPP were prepared by the City of Little Canada to comply with the <br />requirements of the Phase II General Permit.
