The City has no discharges that have not met applicable Environmental Review <br />required by state or federal laws. <br />g. <br />The City has no discharge hose direct, indirect, interrelated, interconnected, or <br />independent impacts would jeopardize a listed endangered or threatened species <br />or adversely modify a designated critical habitat. <br />The City has no discharges which adversely affect properties listed or eligible <br />for listing in the National Register of Historic Places or affecting known or <br />discovered archeological sites. <br />C. Obtaining Authorization <br />1. The application form is provided in Part III and a summary of the SWPPP is provided <br />in Part IV of this submittal. <br />2. The City of Little Canada is the owner of the MS4. <br />3. The City understands that, unless notified by the Commissioner to the contrary, the <br />District is authorized to discharge storm water from the MS4 under the terms and <br />conditions of this permit, on the issuance date of this permit. <br />4. The City understands that the Commissioner may deny coverage under the permit and <br />require submittal of an application for an individual NPDES permit. <br />PART III.
