Record Retention <br />The City will retain copies of the permit application, all data and infotttiation used to <br />complete the application, and additional information requested by the Commissioner during <br />the review of the application for a period of at least three years beyond the date of permit <br />expiration. <br />PART IV. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES <br />A. The City understands that the permit requirements many be modified by the Commissioner <br />in accordance with Minn. R. 7001. <br />B. The City does not request an individual permit. <br />C. Section 303(d) listings and Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) implementation plans. <br />The waters listed below are fully or partially within the City and are listed on the January 2003 <br />TMDL List of Impaired Waters on the MPCA's website. The District understands that the TMDL <br />List (as required under Section 303(d) of the Clean Water Act) was approved by US EPA in <br />January 2003. <br />Receiving Water <br />Assessment ID -- <br />or DNR Lake # <br />Affected Use <br />Pollutant <br />or Stressor <br />Lake Gervais <br />62- 0007 -00 <br />Aquatic Life <br />Mercury' FCA <br />FCA means fish consumption advisory. <br />Currently, there are no known completed and MPCA- approved Total Maximum Daily Load's <br />(TMDL) for these waters. The MPCA has set 2008 as the estimated start date for the TMDL <br />study with a completion date of 2015. Therefore, the City's SWPPP, as summarized in Section <br />V of this permit application, has been developed to reduce the discharge of pollutants into all <br />waters, while focusing on the list of impaired waters.
