Deputy Otto then entered the store with the 12 pack of Miller Lite and the change from a <br />twenty -dollar bill. He identified himself to the clerk as a Ramsey County Deputy Sheriff <br />and explained that he had just sold alcohol to an underage buyer. The beer was returned <br />and the clerk was asked for his identification. <br />The clerk was identified by MN photo ID as: <br />0- 654- 847 -571 -268, 603, 180 #, B/M <br />Victor Maduike Oramalu, D.O.B. 04 -05 -1967 <br />3139 McKnight Rd. #306, White Bear Lake, MN 55110 <br />(H) 651- 748 -4282 (W) 651- 482 -8621 <br />7:48 PM, My Le Hoa, 2900 Rice St. #360 <br />Buyers #79 and #80 entered the restaurant together and were seated. They asked to see <br />the alcohol menu and were asked for ID by male server. They both exited after telling the <br />server that they did not have ID with them. <br />7:59 PM, Porterhouse Steak & Seafood, 235 E. Little Canada Rd. <br />Buyers #79 and #80 entered the restaurant together. No purchase attempt was made <br />because they could not get seated or get to the bar area due to the crowded conditions. <br />11:51 PM, Saxon Lanes and Lounge, 61 W. Little Canada Rd. <br />Buyer #79 and #80 entered the establishment together and each attempted to purchase a <br />Miller Lite from the Bartender. He asked them for ID's and refused the sale when they <br />could not provide any. <br />12:02 AM, Gordie's Place, 201 E. Little Canada Rd. <br />Buyer #79 and #80 entered the establishment together and attempted to purchase two <br />Miller Lites from the male bartender. The sale was denied when he requested ID from <br />both and they stated they did not have it with them. <br />12:11 AM, Brady's, 2500 Rice St. <br />Buyer #79 and #80 entered the establishment together and one attempted to purchase a <br />Miller Lite and the other a Long Island Tea from the female server. The sale was denied <br />when both were asked for ID prior to taking the order. They both exited together. <br />12:17 AM, Hoggs Breath, 2504 Rice St. <br />Buyer #79 and #80 entered the establishment together and were asked for ID at the door: <br />They stated they did not have it with them. They were asked to leave without gaining <br />entrance. <br />One sale of alcohol was made to a minor during the alcohol compliance checks.
