<br /> <br /> Staff Report <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />To: Mayor Fischer and Members of the City Council <br /> <br />From: Heidi Heller, City Clerk/HR Manager <br /> <br />Date: February 25, 2026 <br /> <br />Re: Reapportion Assessment #S-532021020 <br /> <br />Action To Be Considered: <br />Motion to approve, table, or deny the following: <br />• Reapportion the certified assessments on two parcels to the new parcel identification <br />number. <br /> <br />Background: <br />When any property line adjustments are made to parcels, the survey documents are submitted to <br />Ramsey County to make the official change to the property lines, and then the County assigns <br />new PID numbers to all of the properties involved. <br /> <br />The property at 20 Old County Road C contains one single-family home. The plat for this parcel <br />shows it now includes Lots 5, 6, and 7, and the east 9 feet of Lot 8 and the east 59 feet of Lot 11. <br />All of the lots except Lot 5 had previously been combined, and Lot 5 remained a separate parcel. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
