<br />A street improvement project was done on Old County Road C in 2021, and assessments were <br />certified to the property taxes of 20 Old County Road C and 0 Old County Road C (Lot 5). The <br />property owner has now combined Lot 5 with the 20 Old County Road C parcel. <br /> <br />Both the 0 and 20 Old County Road C parcels have a balance remaining on this street <br />assessment, so the balances must get switched from the old PIDs to the new PID, or <br />“reapportioned.” Ramsey County has processed the lot combination, assigned a new PID to the <br />newly combined parcel, and has now requested that the City reapportion the existing assessment <br />to the new PID.
