<br />Bolton & Menk has also offered to provide supplemental support as needed on an hourly basis, but <br />it is not anticipated that additional support will be necessary. <br /> <br />The Public Works staff has been short-staffed for several months, and there has not been enough <br />capacity to handle items such as the MS4 permit. Engaging Bolton & Menk will help get things <br />back on track and bring our permit into compliance, so that future MPCA audits do not lead to hefty <br />fines.
