<br />• Provide recommended brand color palettes that include primary, secondary, and grayscale <br />palettes <br />• Provide three to four “graphic elements” to complement the city’s logo that can be utilized as <br />part of the city’s website redesign and print materials. <br />• Provide designs compliant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA in all applicable categories. <br />• Provide all raw design files to city following project completion. City shall be owners of materials. <br />• Optional: This proposal also includes an option for redesigning the city’s quarterly print <br />newsletter. <br /> <br />The firm shall work collaboratively with the city to ensure project alignment with schedule, budget, and <br />quality objectives. <br />II. Scope of Work and Services <br />The selected proposer will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following services: <br />Updated Logo <br />• Design and produce a modernized adaptation of the current city logo with updated typography. <br />• The selected firm must work with the city’s website provider, CivicPlus, to ensure any typography <br />can be used for web and print. Typography matches must also be provided for design platforms <br />such as Canva, Microsoft products. <br /> <br />Refresh Brand Palettes <br />Provide recommended brand color palettes that include primary, secondary, and grayscale palettes. The <br />selected firm must work with the city’s website provider, CivicPlus, to confirm that all recommended <br />colors can be utilized as part of the city’s website redesign. <br /> <br />Build Graphic Elements <br />• Provide three to four “graphic elements” to complement the city’s logo that can be utilized as <br />part of the city’s website redesign and print materials. <br /> <br />Provide WCAG 2.1 Level AA Compliant Designs and Recommendations
