<br />Purpose <br />The city is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional graphic design services for a <br />city brand and logo refresh. This proposal also includes an option for redesigning the city’s quarterly <br />print newsletter. <br /> <br />Budget <br />Funding for the project has been identified in the city’s general fund. The following amounts have been <br />budgeted for the project goals <br />Project Name 2026 General Fund Budgeted Amount <br />Brand and Logo Refresh $7,000.00 <br />Optional: Newsletter Resign Project $3,000.00 <br /> <br />Project Schedule <br />The following schedule is provided for planning purposes and is subject to change at the city’s discretion: <br />• RFP Issued: February 26, 2026 <br />• Questions Deadline: March 6 , 2026 <br />• Proposals Due: March 11, 2026 <br />• Evaluation & Interviews (if conducted): March 2026 <br />• City Council Authorization: March 18, 2026 <br />• Project completion anticipated: May 20, 2026 (earlier preferred) <br /> <br />Project Roles and Responsibilities <br />City of Little Canada <br />The city will provide overall project direction, policy decisions, and approvals at key milestones. The city <br />will review design documents, respond to questions, connect the selected firm with applicable vendors, <br />and provide recommendations and will provide timely feedback to support project progress. <br /> <br />Graphic Design and Marketing Firm <br />The selected firm will be responsible for the complete design of the project and for coordinating with the <br />city and city’s vendors throughout all phases. Responsibilities include: <br />• Design and produce a modernized adaptation of the current city logo with updated typography.
