<br />Questions and Addenda <br />All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing to the RFP Administrator by the deadline <br />identified in the anticipated project schedule. All questions must be submitted in writing. <br />Responses to questions and any addenda issued will be distributed to all known proposers and posted on <br />the city’s website. It is the responsibility of each proposer to verify receipt of all addenda prior to <br />submitting a proposal. <br /> <br />Submittal Requirements and Evaluation Criteria <br />Proposals shall be concise, well-organized, and submitted in the format below. Proposals will be <br />evaluated by a city selection committee based on the corresponding evaluation criteria. Project Schedule <br />• Provide an effective and reasonable timeframe to <br />complete the design and documentation work <br />leading up to bidding. <br />• Depth of understanding how the scope of work <br />aligns with project phases, key milestones, <br />deliverables, and review periods.
