Services Agreement and Compliance <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />The selected proposer will enter into a Professional Services Agreement with the City of Little Canada. <br />The agreement will define the scope of services, compensation, schedule, insurance requirements, <br />indemnification, and other standard contractual terms. <br /> <br />Budget Compliance Requirement <br />The proposer shall design the project to remain within the approved project budget. If, at any time <br />during the design phases, cost estimates prepared by the consultant team indicate that the project <br />exceeds the approved budget, the proposer shall revise the design, at no additional cost to the city, to <br />bring the project back into compliance. <br /> <br />Ownership of Documents <br />All design files, specifications, reports, and other documents prepared by the proposer under this <br />contract shall become the property of the City of Little Canada upon completion or termination of the <br />agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />Insurance Requirements Summary <br />The selected proposer shall be required to maintain insurance coverage meeting the city’s standard <br />requirements throughout the duration of the project.
