The proposed use of the <br />accessory structure for private indoor recreation by the household does not generate an <br />additional parking requirement under the City Code. <br />The proposed plans show a continuous foundation, allowing the structure to be fully <br />enclosed and suitable for occupancy. Any future proposal to convert the structure to an <br />accessory dwelling unit or other use that triggers additional parking requirements would <br />require separate City approval and demonstration of compliance with off-street parking <br />standards at that time. <br />906 908
