Arden Hills
2. Maplewood
3. North St. Paul
4. Roseville
5. St. Anthony
6. Shoreview
7. Vadnais Heights
8. White Bear Lake
These communities were selected based on geographic proximity, demographic similarities, and
their frequent use in other city planning initiatives, such as the 2025 Housing Study.

Additionally, the 16-county Minneapolis-St. Paul Metropolitan Statistical Area (Twin Cities
Metro) is included to provide regional context.

Much of the data in this study is derived from the Longitudinal Employer-Household Dynamics
(LEHD) which provides estimates rather than exact figures. While LEHD data is valuable for
identifying trends and making comparisons, it carries margins of error and should not be
interpreted as precise.

Note: This document has been created for easy digital viewing with a hyperlinked table of
contents.
