822-2 <br /> <br />F. No license shall provide for more than two (2) clients being served at any one time. <br /> <br />G. No more than one (1) such license shall be in force in the City at any one time. The <br />City allows an unlimited number of licenses for businesses that provide only <br />microblading, permanent makeup, cosmetic tattoo or similar services. <br /> <br />H. The business location may be subject to inspections by the City of Little Canada or its <br />agent(s) at any time. <br /> <br />822.050. REVOCATION AND ABANDONMENT. The City Council may revoke any <br />license issued under this Section in accordance with the procedures specified for Conditional Use <br />Permits in Chapter 921.030.E. Whenever a license holder fails to request or receive a license <br />renewal at the time a license lapses, the license shall be considered to be abandoned and <br />activities subject to the regulations in this Section shall be discontinued without further notice. <br /> <br /> (Source: Ord. 634, 853)
