C. The license applicant and any employees engaging in tattooing, body piercing, or body art <br />shall be subject to a successful satisfactory criminal background check. <br /> <br />D. At the time of license application, as well as at the time of each subsequent license renewal, <br />the license holder shall be required to provide a copy of a valid State of Minnesota <br />Department of Health Body Art Technician and/or Establishment license. <br /> <br />E. The city license holder shall ensure that all employees engaging in tattooing, body piercing <br />or any other type of body art have a valid Minnesota Department of Health Body Art <br />Technician or Body Piercing Technician license. These licenses shall be made available for <br />inspection at any time. <br /> <br />F. The use shall operate only between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. <br /> <br />G. No license shall provide for more than two (2) clients being served at any one time. <br /> <br />H. No more than one (1) five (5) such licenses shall be in force in the City at any one time. <br />The City allows an unlimited number of licenses for businesses that provide only <br />microblading, permanent makeup, cosmetic tattoo, or similar services. <br /> <br />I. The business location may be subject to inspections by the City of Little Canada or its <br />agent(s) at any time. <br /> <br />822.050. REVOCATION AND ABANDONMENT. The City Council may revoke any license <br />issued under this Section in accordance with the procedures specified for Conditional Use Permits in <br />Chapter 921.030.E. Whenever a license holder fails to request or receive a license renewal at the time <br />a license lapses, the license shall be considered to be abandoned, and activities subject to the <br />regulations in this Section shall be discontinued without further notice. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES. That all ordinances or parts of <br />ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby appealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. Every section, provision, and part of this Ordinance is <br />declared severable from every other section, provision, and part. If any section, provision, or part of this <br />Ordinance is held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such judgment shall not invalidate <br />any other section, provision, or part of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
