EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2026-3-38 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING LIMITED USE PERMIT WITH THE STATE OF <br />MINNESOTA, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Little Canada Road between County Road C and the I-35E interchange lacks <br />pedestrian infrastructure, has inadequate intersection controls, and a notable crash history; and, <br /> <br />WHERAS, the proposed Little Canada Road Improvement Project – City Project 2026-PW-67 <br />includes the construction of new roadway, utilities, roundabouts, landscaping, and pedestrian <br />amenities to address existing corridor deficiencies; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain City-owned and maintained facilities will reside within trunk highway <br />right-of-way and require a Limited Use Permit. <br /> <br />IT IS RESOLVED, that the City of Little Canada enter into Limited Use Permit No. 6280-0250 <br />with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes: <br /> <br />• To provide for maintenance and use by the Little Canada upon, along and adjacent to <br />Trunk Highway No. 35E and the limits of which are defined in said Limited Use Permit. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Little <br />Canada; that the Mayor and the City Administrator are authorized to execute the Limited Use <br />Permit and its amendments, and that the City of Little Canada enter into Limited Use Permit <br />No. 6280-0250 with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council this 25th day of March, 2026. <br /> <br /> <br /> _____________________________ <br /> Thomas Fischer, Mayor <br /> <br />Attest: _________________________________ <br /> Heidi Heller, City Clerk <br />
