8 <br />There are no existing and no proposed pedestrian pathways. There are no adjacent private pedestrian pathways that the applicant could connect into and there is no sidewalk on Park Street. <br />Landscaping/Screening The site currently contains no landscaping. No additional landscaping is proposed; however, the tower and its enclosure will not front any street. The tower will be enclosed by a 6-foot slatted chain-link security fence with one-foot barbed wire arms above the fence. <br />Natural Resources <br />Topography – The lot has a slight slope. It is higher on the eastern side (Park Street) and slopes downward towards the west. <br />Contour Map from Ramsey County <br />Wetlands – No wetlands are present on the site. <br />Lighting The applicant is not proposing to place any new or remove any existing lighting on the site. Any lighting installed shall be diffused and screened away from neighboring properties. <br />Signs There are no newly proposed building or ground signs for the property. The applicant is proposing to add small incidental signs to the fenced enclosure for safety and identification purposes.
