Services Agreement and Compliance <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />The selected proposer will enter into a Professional Services Agreement with the City of Little <br />Canada. The agreement will define the scope of services, compensation, schedule, insurance <br />requirements, indemnification, and other standard contractual terms. A copy of the agreement <br />is attached hereto.
