9PROPOSAL FOR BRAND AND LOGO REFRESH DESIGN SERVICES — CITY OF LITTLE CANADA
CONFIDENTIAL
© NEUGER 2026
OUR BRANDING & DESIGN PROCESS
Our Branding & Design Process
Design Philosophy
At Neuger, we believe a brand is more than a logo; it is an "intangible perception" shaped by every interaction.
For Little Canada, our approach focuses on evolution, not revolution. We will treat the 1976 logo as a
sacred asset, using modern typography to "bridge the gap" between the City's heritage and its future.
Methodology
Audit & Discovery: Reviewing the current Style Guide (Appendix B) and CivicPlus constraints.
Typography & Color Exploration: Identifying fonts that work across Microsoft,
Canva and web, alongside an accessible color refresh.
Graphic Element Creation: Developing 3-4 supporting visual elements to
enhance the City's storytelling on social media and the website.
Brand Guide Development: Compiling all approved typography, color palettes, graphic elements and usage
guidelines into a clear, user-friendly brand guide to ensure consistency across all city communications.
Optional Newsletter: Creating a modular InDesign template that simplifies quarterly production for City staff.
