Each surveyed community was asked to provide a copy of its formalized policies and procedures, if available. Additionally, the communities surveyed were asked the following: 1. Are you Plan A (City of Little Canada structure) or Plan B (Council Manager) form of government? 2. Do you have a policy or ordinance that documents the Personnel Committee’s roles and responsibilities? a. If so, can you attach or link? 3. What are the general goals and overall scope of the Personnel Committee 4. How are the members selected? 5. What role does your City Attorney play in your Personnel Committee 6. How frequently does the Personnel Committee meet? Below in Table 2 is a synthesized overview of responses from each surveyed community.
