<br />Each surveyed community was asked to provide a copy of its formalized policies and procedures, if <br />available. Additionally, the communities surveyed were asked the following: <br />1. Are you Plan A (City of Little Canada structure) or Plan B (Council Manager) form of <br />government? <br />2. Do you have a policy or ordinance that documents the Personnel Committee’s roles and <br />responsibilities? <br />a. If so, can you attach or link? <br />3.
