The lot is approximately 59,677 square feet (1.37 acres) and has an irregular width and depth. There are currently six structures on the site. The two buildings that are furthest to the east were constructed in 1979 and the four buildings on the west were constructed in 1985. Mini-storage is considered a non-conforming use in the C-1 zoning district. Additionally, the number of structures, and their setbacks from the side and rear property lines are non-conforming with current Little Canada zoning standards. <br />Current Site Conditions
