Staff has compiled a comprehensive inventory and analysis of these
properties, including site characteristics, zoning, surrounding context, and prior planning guidance
(Attachment A).

At the same time, the Economic Development Authority has recently established a set of goals and
objectives focused on guiding redevelopment, establishing clear policies for the use of public
resources, and strengthening relationships with the business and development community (Attachment
B).

This workshop is intended to connect these two efforts by providing an opportunity for the EDA to
review key City-owned properties and provide direction on priorities, potential strategies, and next
steps for each site.
