The City of Little Canada has a <br />unique opportunity to proactively engage with the public and stakeholders to begin guiding the future <br />of this site. This effort will require thoughtful and realistic land use, development, transportation, and <br />public infrastructure visioning to develop a set of guiding goals, and soliciting developer interest that <br />aligns with these goals. <br /> <br />It is our intent to assist the City of Little Canada in establishing these community-driven goals, <br />synthesizing them into a development RFP, and supporting the city in attracting a developer that aligns <br />with its desired outcomes. <br /> <br />Attached you will find a proposed scope of work that we believe will assist the City in realizing its <br />aspirations for 2828 Condit.
