Agreement <br />Page 3 of 15 <br /> <br />● Interest on outstanding balances shall be charged at the maximum rate allowed by law. <br />● The Owner/Tenant/Buyer shall be responsible for any and all collection and legal costs incurred by EMR to collect any <br />debts associated with this agreement. <br />● Cancelled contracts are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the contract plus costs incurred up to the time of <br />cancellation. <br />● EMR reserves the right to hire subcontractors. <br />● (a) Any person or company supplying labor or materials for this improvement to your <br />property may file a lien against your property if that person or company is not paid for the <br />contributions. (b) Under Minnesota law, you have the right to pay persons who s upplied labor <br />or materials for this improvement directly and deduct this amount from our contract price, or <br />withhold the amounts due them from us until 120 days after completion of the improvement <br />unless we give you a lien waiver signed by persons who supp lied any labor or material for the <br />improvement and who gave you timely notice. <br /> <br />Acceptance of Agreement <br />The above price, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Buyer’s signature: ____________________________ Date: ______________________
