<br />Based on current estimates, the Cooperative Agreement addresses approximately $4,149,449 in non- <br />construction costs, with the following approximate cost allocations: <br /> <br />Ramsey County: $1,896,453 <br />City of Little Canada: $2,252,996 <br />Total: $4,149,449 <br /> <br />None of the costs included in this Agreement are eligible for previously secured grant funding. Grant- <br />funded items will be addressed in the upcoming three-party Cooperative Agreement. <br /> <br />Upon execution of the Agreement, the City will be able to invoice Ramsey County for its share of <br />eligible project development costs already incurred. <br /> <br />Strategic Priority: <br />N/A <br /> <br />Source Of Funds: <br />The Little Canada Road Project (PW 67) is included in the 2026–2035 Capital Improvement Plan <br />(CIP). Anticipated revenues from Ramsey County have been incorporated into the CIP and will <br />continue to be monitored as staff prepares the 2027–2036 Capital Improvement Plan. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendations: <br />Staff recommend that the City Council adopt a resolution authorizing a Cooperative Agreement with <br />Ramsey County for the Little Canada Road Improvements Project. <br /> <br />Attachments: <br />• Resolution <br />• Cooperative Agreement
