As such, <br />the professional services contract requires an amendment to address final project delivery tasks as well as upcoming <br />construction administration tasks. <br /> <br />Based on fees and costs to-date, coupled with anticipated upcoming fees and costs, we request that the overall budget <br />be amended to a new value of $3,051,995. The modified budget includes necessary time for Bolton and Menk and our <br />subconsultants to deliver the project through construction and project completion.
