MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MARCH 11, 2026 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota, was convened on the 11th day of March 2026, in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Tom Fischer called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m., and the following members of the City <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Fischer, Council Members Malone, and Miller. <br />Absent: Council Members Kwapick and Gutierrez. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Bryce Shearen, Assistant City Administrator Laura Linehan, <br />and City Clerk/HR Manager Heidi Heller. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Miller introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2026-2-30 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE FEBR UARY 25, <br />2026 WORKSHOP AND THE FEBR UARY 25, 2026 REGULAR MEETINGS AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Malone. <br />Ayes (3). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />The Assistant City Administrator invited residents to complete a brief survey to assist with the website <br />update. The next Community Connections Series will be on March 25th at the Montreal Court <br />community building, and members of the Little Canada Fire Department will be in attendance. Sap <br />Run registration is open on the city website. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />Rocky Waite, 2651 Lakeshore Avenue, provided photographs of tree removal work that was done at <br />his daughter's home at 2733 Lakeshore Avenue, which was poorly done, and spoke about the <br />unacceptable behavior of the contractors. <br />The City Administrator stated that the City Attorney will follow up with the property owner. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Miller introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2026-2-31 —APPROVING THE CONSENT AGENDA WHICH <br />CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING. <br />• Approval of the Vouchers <br />• Adopt Ordinance 931, Amending City Code Chapter 202, Advisory Planning <br />Commission <br />
